Yes. Our Grazing Experiences can certainly accommodate smaller gatherings. However, our experiences are priced by the experience rather than by guest count. The same level of thoughtful styling, professional setup, artistic presentation, and attention to detail is required whether serving 15 guests or 25 guests, which is why our Grazing Experiences begin at a set investment rather than a per-person price.
Yes. We gladly accommodate many dietary preferences and restrictions, including vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, and diabetic-friendly grazing experiences whenever possible. Please notify us of dietary needs during the booking process.

Yes. Rich & Rustic Charcuterie proudly serves Birmingham and many surrounding areas throughout Central Alabama. We are happy to discuss destination events, private celebrations, corporate gatherings, and specialty experiences outside the Birmingham area whenever possible.
Booking timelines vary by service type. We recommend booking as early as possible, especially for weddings, holidays, and peak event seasons. Please visit our Booking Information page for complete ordering and booking requirements.
Yes. Our grazing experiences are professionally styled and arranged to create a visually abundant and elevated presentation. Full-service experiences include setup and styling within the designated service window. We also offer private in-home grazing experiences as part of our private event offerings — your countertops, kitchen islands, and gathering spaces often provide the perfect canvas for our signature displays.
At this time, Rich & Rustic Charcuterie does not provide tables. Clients are responsible for providing tables or other display surfaces for their event. For private in-home experiences, existing countertops, kitchen islands, and similar spaces often provide a beautiful setting for our grazing displays, eliminating the need for additional rentals in many cases.
Yes. Most grazing tables are designed as self-serve experiences, allowing guests to graze comfortably throughout the event. For select events and The Reserve cart experiences, attendant service may also be available depending on the package selected.
Yes. Appropriate serving utensils are included for grazing tables and select catered experiences as needed. For added convenience, disposable servingware may be requested for an additional fee and can include plates, napkins, utensils, and other serving essentials. We welcome inspiration, preferences, color palettes, event themes, and major dislikes; however, our experiences are intentionally curated based on seasonal availability, freshness, and presentation to ensure the highest quality experience possible. We are always happy to discuss dietary accommodations and overall styling preferences during the booking process.
For the best quality and food safety, we recommend enjoying grazing experiences within 2–4 hours, depending on the environment and event conditions. Outdoor temperatures, direct sunlight, and weather conditions may affect safe serving times. For extended events, we recommend discussing replenishment options or attended service to help maintain freshness and presentation throughout your event.
Because food quality and guest safety are extremely important to us, outdoor events may require adjustments in cases of extreme heat, rain, high winds, or severe weather conditions. Whenever possible, we recommend having a covered or indoor backup location available for outdoor grazing experiences and The Reserve cart events.
Absolutely. The Reserve is designed for both indoor and outdoor events and can be incorporated beautifully into weddings, corporate events, showers, private parties, and venue spaces with appropriate access and setup accommodations.
The Reserve Market Experience allows guests to purchase directly from our market menu during your event, creating an interactive, food truck-style grazing experience. A non-refundable Date Retainer and Minimum Revenue Guarantee apply. If guest purchases meet the required minimum, no additional payment is due beyond the Date Retainer. If purchases fall below the minimum, the host is responsible only for the difference. Please contact us for complete details and availability.
