Because each Reserve experience is thoughtfully planned and curated, we recommend reserving your date well in advance. Event dates are not secured until a signed agreement and required retainer have been received. While we are pleased to accommodate rush requests whenever possible, bookings within 7–10 days of the event are subject to event size, preparation requirements, and schedule availability. Full payment is required at the time of booking for all approved rush orders. Peak season minimums and travel fees may apply for events outside the Birmingham area. Need something sooner? We'd be delighted to review your event details and will gladly let you know if we're able to accommodate your request.

A 50% non-refundable retainer is required to secure your event date.
Final guest count and remaining balance are due 10 days before your event.
Guest counts may increase up to 7 days prior to the event. Guest count reductions cannot be accommodated after the final invoice has been issued.
